It's been a long time...

Wow... such a long time since I've posted! I even recorded this over a month ago - that just goes to show how busy things are now!

The girls are so crazy - climbing, running, biting (ouch!). They really play together now, and of course fight too.

Just look how much they've grown in this picture compared to the last post!! The picture is from Halloween - dressed as Blue's Clues characters: Allegra is "Blue", Ramsey is "Magenta", Dan is "Steve" and I am "Miranda".

What we've been up to!

Things have been hectic through the holidays, and we're finally settling down - just in time for the girl's first birthday!

Ramsey is walking now and their both into everything. Allegra continues to work on her "cute" skills. They've dropped down to 2 bottles a day and are eating mostly finger foods. As the girls get more self sufficient I'm feeling some relief, but they are more of a handful in other ways!!

Halloween, Thanksgiving and Beyond!

The girls are talking more, eating more and into more stuff! We've all been sick - not too much fun - but we're looking forward to Christmas.

It's been awhile since I posted - I actually recorded this episode weeks ago but didn't get it edited until now. I will probably record another episode this week - I'm hoping the next episode will be posted before the new year! :)

Busy days and both girls have teeth!

We've been really busy - that's why it's been so long since I've posted! :) I'm hoping to have a break between Thanksgiving and Christmas. Both girls have their 2 bottom teeth, luckily teething hasn't caused too much trouble yet. I've been trying different kinds of food and ways of serving it and trying to figure out what to do with them this spring.

Adjusting to mobile babies

We rearranged the furniture to make a big baby-safe zone! Ramsey is into everything, especially climbing on Allegra. :) Dan and I ran in the Baltimore Marathon (Dan the 1/2 marathon and me the 5k), it was more fun that I expected!

Ramsey is crawling!!

Ramsey started crawling, and Allegra is trying hard to catch up! I've been doing a bunch of baby shopping and learned some new tricks about diaper rash.

"Da da", interaction, blogs and podcasts

Allegra is now saying "Da da"! The girls are really starting to interact with each other, which is only sometimes a good thing... We're back from San Diego, what a nice break. :)
